This transfer will be undertaken on the basis that the appropriate safeguards are in place and any additional Standard Contractual Clauses are contained within our Data Processing Agreement as per the Data Protection Act 2018 requirements.  If you are located in the EU, your data will not be transferred outside of the EU and therefore, the requirements of Article 45 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are being adhered to.

 

Users in other geographical locations

If you are located outside of the UK and EU, your data may be processed in several data center locations depending upon the services provided and our chosen location to provide those services.

The transfer of this data is undertaken to ensure that we can provide these services to you safely and competently. Such transfers are always undertaken considering our users' security and confidentiality requirements. We always ensure that sufficient safeguards are in place with our cloud service providers, and we endeavor to demonstrate the highest level of assurance to core data protection and information security principles. However, we cannot guarantee that your local legislative requirements are met in every instance as numerous country-specific legislation is in place.

 

Consent and legal basis for the transfer

Your consent to this Privacy Policy, followed by submitting such information represents your agreement to that transfer. In addition, the processing of your data is undertaken under various legal basis, which includes the contractual obligation by which we are obligated to provide Services to our users.

For us to respond to your request, we need to know who you are.

Universal opt-out mechanism: Global privacy control
